Senior HR Operations Executive responsible for end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, payroll administration, HR systems management, analytics, and compliance across the employee lifecycle in a remote India role. Collaborates with HR, Finance, and business teams to ensure data integrity in HRIS, payroll execution, and policy implementation; drives automation and dashboards to support leadership decisions; focuses on a positive employee experience and scalable processes. Roles require working in EST/PST hours as needed and delivering in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or Business Administration
  • MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles
  • Proficiency with HRIS / HRMS tools (e.g., Keka, GreytHR, Zoho People)
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Detail-oriented with a process-first mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Self-starter attitude with ownership and bias for action
