Job Summary
Senior HR Manager for Rest of Asia based in Bangkok, TH. Lead HR for the region including advisory on employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compensation, and organizational development; oversee Payroll and HR Admin; drive HR reporting via HRIS; partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals; manage remuneration and benefits with global compensation in collaboration with the global team; drive training and development programs, IDPs, and succession planning; lead recruitment and selection with Talent Acquisition; foster inclusion and employee engagement; monitor regulatory compliance across SEA; require Thai language proficiency and willingness to travel up to 20% with hybrid in-office arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- A tertiary qualification with a specialty in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Industrial Relations or similar discipline
- 10+ years Human Resources management experience
- Experience working within a sales/marketing and/or manufacturing environment, from a HR perspective
- Strong knowledge of employment regulations across South East Asia
- Ability to speak in Thai
