Job Summary
Senior HR Manager (Night Shift) responsible for leading Learning & Development, Training, HR Operations, and Performance Evaluation activities for a night-shift, on-site team in Karachi; duties include identifying training needs, coordinating internal/external trainings (GCP, ISO), managing training calendars and post-training assessments, overseeing the performance appraisal cycle, maintaining HRIS data, handling onboarding and documentation, and supporting night-shift employees with engagement and compliance; requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR/Business, 3–5 years in HR with L&D/operations focus, proficiency in MS Office and HRIS, strong communication, and ability to work independently at night.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience with a strong focus on L&D, performance, and operations
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and HRIS tools
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently in the night shift
