Job Summary
Lead and manage the HR and admin team across all disciplines, overseeing compensation and benefits frameworks tailored to the logistics sector. Design and implement talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning strategies while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regional standards. Partner with operations, logistics, and finance teams to support broader business objectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes and administrative efficiency. Manage a team of 30+ staff to ensure seamless execution of full-spectrum HR functions across nationwide operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of HR work experience
- Experience within the logistics or express delivery industry
- Proven track record in managing diverse teams
- Experience navigating complex operational environments
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law
- Knowledge of HR best practices in Southeast Asia
- Hands-on, adaptable, and strategic mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
