Job Summary
Partner with leaders across all ATOMIC profit centers to execute the organization's people strategy by fostering employee development, engagement, operational excellence, and a positive workplace culture. Design, develop, and deliver training programs for employees and leaders, including scalable solutions using AI-supported self-service platforms. Own workplace safety compliance programs, oversee workers' compensation cases, and serve as the HR representative on the Safety Committee. Lead the HR Operations team to drive continuous improvement across processes, manage HR technology solutions, and act as the lead recruiter for shop and warehouse roles. Report to the Director of HR while providing support in recruitment operations, employee relations, and performance management. The role requires flexibility to work overtime, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as dictated by project schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs in areas outside of prior technical background, such as safety compliance
- Prior experience in a managerial role
- Maintain current passport
- Maintain current driver's license
- Maintain clean driving record
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the year
Desired Qualifications
- HR certification preferred (PHR / SHRM-CP, etc.)
- Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and digital tools
- Experience implementing AI-supported self-service platforms
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to workplace safety, employment law, and training requirements
- Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs
