Job Summary

Senior HR Generalist providing tactical HR support to individual contributors within assigned business units, serving as the first point of contact for employee relations issues and HR policies. Delivers coaching and counseling to ensure consistent application of policies and employment laws; identifies and resolves complex employee relations issues balancing employee advocacy with policy compliance; supports internal processes including performance management, new hire orientation, and exit interviews; conducts policy and program training; partners with local teams on recruitment outreach; participates in HR projects; mentors others in the department; assists in developing and maintaining processes and initiatives; escalates potential legal or risk concerns to the Senior HR Manager. Travel up to 10-30% and normal office setting with occasional site visits; position is onsite in Burnsville, MN.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED and four years of relevant work experience
  • Four years of relevant work experience in a People Advisor or Generalist capacity
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or CHRP Certification preferred
