Job Summary
Senior HR Generalist providing onsite HR support across HR operations, benefits administration, leave management, employee lifecycle processes, and employee relations. Partners with employees and leaders to ensure a positive employee experience, maintain compliance with employment laws, and support organizational effectiveness. Manages HR systems (Rippling), administers onboarding/offboarding, leaves (FMLA, CFRA, ADA), benefits enrollment and education, recruitment coordination, investigations, and performance management initiatives while contributing to process improvements and workforce planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist capacity
- Experience administering employee benefits and leaves of absence
- Experience with HRIS platforms; Rippling experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and manage sensitive information
