Job Summary
Senior HR Generalist to partner on immigration processes, employee lifecycle, HR policies, and compliance within a fast-paced cybersecurity organization. Leads I-9 and immigration-related filings, data reporting, relocation coordination, and cross-functional HR initiatives; requires immigration experience and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of progressive Human Resources and Immigration experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and data/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. and Canada employment-based immigration and employment law fundamentals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through skills
- Experience advising on global mobility and employment-based immigration matters
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) - Preferred
