Job Summary
Senior HR Generalist responsible for employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, HR compliance, culture enhancement, and HR metrics/reporting. Works onsite in New York, NY, collaborating with management and employees to provide guidance, support, and data-driven process improvements. Requires 4+ years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s a plus), and familiarity with UltiPro/UKG and HRIS; strong communication, leadership, and confidentiality are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience with UltiPro/UKG preferred, knowledge of HRIS
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using HR technology to enhance employee experience
- Experience working in the media industry is a plus
- Onsite 5 days per week
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
