Job Summary
Lead culture building and employee engagement by utilizing Maker's Pride Performance Systems, managing annual opinion surveys, and driving workforce recognition. Oversee recruitment, on-boarding, and retention strategies while maintaining positive relations with unions and staffing agencies. Manage the performance management system, develop succession planning pipelines, and ensure facility compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Handle employee benefits programs, payroll, and attendance systems for hourly staff. Analyze key performance indicators to address downward trends in performance. Requires 3 to 5+ years of generalist HR experience in manufacturing, proficiency in MS Office and Dayforce, and an undergraduate degree.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in a related business field
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role in a manufacturing or high-performance environment

- Experience in Food Manufacturing
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- knowledge of Dayforce (HRIS system)
