Senior HR Generalist - Kingsley

Job Summary
Senior HR Generalist responsible for directing and managing all HR operations at the Kingsley Plant in Thomson, GA. Lead safety/process compliance, benefits administration, salary administration, workers’ compensation, onboarding/offboarding, and employee relations; oversee talent acquisition lifecycle (job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing) and partner with Plant Manager on strategic HR matters. Travel as needed; provide confidentiality and advisory support to production, administration, management, and corporate HR staff. Key duties include safety leadership (OSHA/Enablon), policy administration, training development, data integrity, and DEI initiatives; require strong communication, leadership, and change-management skills, with experience in manufacturing environments and HR systems (SAP/SuccessFactors).
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years HR experience
- Willingness to be CPR/1st Aid Certified
- Demonstrated knowledge of Employment Law, Benefits Administration, Compensation and Wage Structure
- Experience with OSHA Guidelines and Workplace Safety Processes
- SAP/SuccessFactors Experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Experience with Audiometric & Drug Testing Guidelines
