Job Summary
Senior HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding/offboarding, promotions, internal mobility, and department transfers; manage US biweekly payroll and state payroll tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions; administer leave programs (FMLA/ADA); support employee relations, policy interpretation, HR inquiries, and HR project work; ensure HR policy compliance, I-9/E-Verify requirements, and internal controls; contribute to process improvements and HR data integrity; requires collaboration with management to deliver strategic HR services and operational efficiency. Relocation not provided; sponsorship not offered. Hybrid work arrangement available in Indianapolis, IN.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field; HR certification (PHR, SHRM‐CP, etc.) a plus.
- 3–5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience supporting multiple HR functions.
- Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while managing competing demands.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, and Excel (intermediate to advanced); OneNote and PowerPoint a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle hands‐on, day‐to‐day HR tasks with strong judgment, accountability, and problem‐solving skills.
- Commitment to confidentiality and the highest level of integrity.
- Experience supporting recruiting operations or internal mobility programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
