Job Summary
Lead HR operations for the business unit, managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, training, compliance, and HR administration. Partner with business leaders and Corporate HR to develop and implement strategies aligned with objectives, while serving as a trusted advisor on workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Supervise the HR and administrative team, overseeing vendor coordination, invoice processing, and site services to drive effective operations. Manage HR systems, reports, and workforce metrics to support business decisions. Collaborate on process improvements and special projects. Requires 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, proficiency with ADP and HRIS systems, and the ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on execution in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 6 – 8 years of progressive HR experience with strong expertise in employee relations, workplace investigations, manager coaching, performance management and talent acquisition
- Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment and rapid workforce growth
- Previous HR leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience managing HR in a multi-site or global organization
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (ADP), HR reporting and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices and compliance requirements
- Strong communication, coaching and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence leaders at all levels
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to balance strategic HR responsibilities with hands-on operational execution
- Bilingual in English and either Vietnamese or Mandarin Chinese
- Ability to work onsite five days per week
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD or equivalent HR certification
