Job Summary
Partner with business leaders across field and corporate functions to align HR initiatives with organizational goals using data and insight. Collaborate on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession strategies within Workday, while acting as a trusted advisor during M&A, restructuring, or transformation efforts. Guide end-to-end talent processes including headcount planning, recruitment, and onboarding, and facilitate talent reviews and development conversations. Lead complex employee relations investigations, coach managers on leadership effectiveness, and drive engagement through feedback loops and workforce analytics. Coach leaders on performance management best practices, support compensation program administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws and policies. Maintain functional expertise in Workday HCM to audit data and drive process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in HR or equivalent role
- Demonstrated experience advising leaders and resolving employee relations matters
- Proven ability to operate with high integrity, discretion, and judgment, especially when handling sensitive issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Project management experience and comfort with leading initiatives independently
- HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP)
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Workday
- Experience supporting a workforce that includes corporate, field-based, exempt, and hourly employees
- Background in the oil and gas, energy, or industrial sectors
- Experience in M&A integration and/or organizational change management
