Support recruitment efforts by developing sourcing strategies and community partnerships, while coordinating new hire onboarding and managing benefits open enrollment. Conduct thorough investigations and provide performance management guidance including coaching and disciplinary actions. Deliver HR policy interpretation aligned with state and federal regulations, analyze survey data for process improvements, and design engagement and wellness events. Ensure regulatory compliance and report potential issues to management. Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate superior customer service.
