Job Summary
Manage HRIS data integrity, including employee record maintenance, data entry, and reporting to ensure accurate workforce data. Generate HR reports, maintain organizational charts, and coordinate annual EEO1 submissions to support leadership visibility. Serve as a primary resource for employee and manager inquiries, conducting objective factfinding for workplace concerns while supporting engagement initiatives and company events. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment requirements through rigorous documentation and recordkeeping. This role supports core HR operations at Aligned Dental Management's headquarters in Sarasota, FL, requiring strong analytical skills and experience in multi-site, multi-state environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, or degree plus related experience
- HR certification strongly desired
- Minimum 5 years progressive Human Resources Generalist experience
- strong compliance experience in a multi-site, multi-state organization
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and multiple priorities, in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of Multi-State and Federal Employment Law
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs and HR Information Systems
- Proven experience handling sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well presentations skills
- Multi-site, multi-state location experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Dental or related field a plus
