Job Summary
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from requisition to onboarding, partnering with hiring managers to define needs and coordinate interviews. Develop sourcing strategies across job portals, LinkedIn, and agencies to build talent pipelines, while handling offer negotiations and employment documentation. Conduct candidate screenings and assessments, ensuring timely hiring and KPI achievement. Maintain accurate recruitment records, prepare management reports, and coordinate background checks. Support employer branding initiatives and career fairs, ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Requires Mandarin proficiency and 3–5 years of in-house recruitment experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently
- Experience hiring across multiple functions and levels
- Prior experience in corporate or in-house recruitment environment is preferred
- Ability to speak, read, and write Mandarin
