Job Summary
Process end-to-end payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and handling related queries. Prepare and maintain Government Statutory Reports for Income Tax, EPF, and SOCSO while staying updated on Malaysia's HR regulations. Utilize SAP HR and Workday proficiently to streamline operations and implement necessary compliance changes. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or related fields with experience in payroll processing. Located in Kuala Lumpur, the position is open to sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field
- Experience in end-to-end payroll processing
- Solid understanding of Malaysia's HR statutory requirements
- Proficiency in SAP HR
- Proficiency in Workday
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills to interact with employees and stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
