Job Summary
Translate business needs into actionable HR plans covering performance reviews, mobility, training, and compensation while implementing Group strategies in Shanghai. Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate people programs, foster a culture aligned with Group values, and manage employee relations cases ensuring legal compliance. Monitor performance management activities, oversee recruitment and training initiatives, and lead the roll-out of China HR projects. Manage one or more HR assistants and report retention statistics, open positions, and satisfaction metrics to the executive committee. Work closely with the Senior VP HR APAC to achieve business objectives through strategic and operational influence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 17 - 20 years of solid working experience in HR
- Experience covering HR full functions
- Experience within Luxury Retail industry
- MNC background
- Ability to cope with complex processes
