Job Summary
Senior HR leader responsible for translating business strategy into a people agenda across geographies, leading HRBP teams, and advising senior executives on talent, organizational design, leadership development, and change initiatives in a global technology-focused organization. Drive succession planning, leadership development, and key HR programs, using data to inform decisions and improve organizational effectiveness. Based in a major US technology hub with travel to support global operations.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in human resource management, business administration, psychology, organizational behavior, or a related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a complex, global organization.
- Strong experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing executive-level decisions.
- Broad HR expertise across talent, organizational design, leadership development, employee relations, and change management.
