Job Summary
Senior HR Digital Transformation Officer responsible for system administration tasks (configurations, user access) to support ongoing operations and project rollouts. Analyze HR workflows, propose improvements, and assist in implementing changes tied to projects or vendor solutions. Collaborate with external vendors and internal HR stakeholders during project phases (testing, data migration, customization) to ensure technical accuracy. Create reports and dashboards to track project progress, process performance, and improvement metrics. Train end-users on project deliverables (new tools, updated processes) and gather feedback for refinement. Ensure data integrity and compliance during vendor-supported implementations. Document processes, project plans, and vendor agreements to maintain clarity and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience with a focus on digital solutions, HR system implementation, preferably in sizable companies/MNCs
- Strong knowledge of HR information systems and HR analytics
- Hands-on experience with HR data and Power BI
- Workflow automation experience with Power Automate is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration with staff at different levels
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and team-oriented
- Ability to work independently under pressure and maintain accuracy
- Proficiency with MS Office and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
