Job Summary
Support organisational reviews, conduct HR gap analyses, and review policies for Fair Work compliance across diverse client groups. Provide recruitment support including job ads and onboarding, while advising on performance management and conducting workplace investigations. Manage offboarding, terminations, restructures, and redeployment processes, and develop learning and development resources. Participate in scoping calls with potential clients to promote HR Advisory services and build relationships for growth. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and compliance requirements, ensuring confidentiality and privacy at all times. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and foster a collaborative culture within healthcare and small business environments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years' generalist HR experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline
- Experience managing employee relations matters, including performance management, grievances and workplace investigations
- Experience managing workers' compensation claims, return to work programs and rehabilitation processes
- Experience supporting ill and injured employees, balancing employee wellbeing, operational needs and legislative requirements
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organisation
- Excellent communication, facilitation and change management capabilities
- High attention to detail, organisation and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach, with sound judgement and discretion
- Strong customer service mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently, contribute to HR strategy and enhance HR processes and services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
