Job Summary

Identify applicable new employment laws and regulations, then advise senior management on HR Compliance programs and applicable standards. Lead HR Compliance initiatives including global background checks and personal relationship disclosures while serving as the primary contact for partner inquiries. Establish written guidance through policies, procedures, and internal codes of conduct to ensure proper implementation of compliance programs. Document and measure HR Compliance risks to enhance assessments and guide management in developing procedures that minimize significant risks. Interact with business partners, regulators, and auditors on regulatory topics while performing government agency reporting and HR Compliance metrics analysis. Operate independently as a subject matter expert for regulatory HR Compliance matters, reviewing the work of others and providing project leadership for compliance initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HR Compliance, risk management and the Company's strategic goals
  • In-depth knowledge of employment regulations and local laws acquired through formal education and work experience
  • Communication and analytical skills
  • Strong analytical and dashboard reporting skills
  • Knowledge of MS suite of applications, advanced excel skills and AI for analysis and metrics reporting
  • 10 or more years experience, preferably in HR Compliance or risk management; or equivalent related experience
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
