Job Summary
Lead AI and automation initiatives by identifying workforce implications, simplifying people processes, and driving adoption of new tools through change management. Conduct HR due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, partnering with stakeholders to execute integration plans, retain key talent, and assess employment law risks across jurisdictions. Act as a global advisor to senior leadership on people strategy, organizational design, and talent development while managing annual compensation and performance processes. Resolve complex employee relations issues, lead succession planning, and ensure compliance with local legislation and regulatory requirements. Support the Global People team on strategic projects including people analytics and workforce evolution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- Recognized professional HR designation (e.g. CIPD, GPHR etc.)
- A minimum of 10 years' experience
- At least 5 years' direct experience at a Manager or similar level
- Mature and proactive
- Evidence of having worked as a true business partner to senior management within a multi-business organization
- Proven core HR competencies
- Experience and knowledge of employment law
- A demonstrated ability to lead and positively influence colleagues and team members
- Exceptional communication, influencing and coaching skills
- Delivery focused
- Able to demonstrate a highly customer centric service
- Experience in strategically driving and implementing change
- Understanding of operating in a COE model
- Ability to leverage COE relationships to deliver large scale projects
- Strong experience working on a broad range of generalist deliverables such as, talent, coaching, development, employment law, engagement, performance, and compensation
- Hands-on leader with integrity
