Senior HR Business Partner (UAE National)

Partner with senior leaders to provide HR advisory and support effective people decision-making through constructive coaching on people matters. Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee and organizational matters, escalating sensitive issues to the Associate Director while guiding resolution strategies for high-risk cases. Lead the end-to-end performance management cycle, identify succession risks, and advise on organization structure and capability needs. Support restructuring and transformation initiatives by managing people impacts, collaborate on headcount planning, and ensure timely preparation of people-related reports.
