The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and 8+ years of HR experience, with strong judgment, credibility, and the ability to influence outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience
  • advanced HR partnership experience in complex organizations
  • strong knowledge of employment practices, policies, and laws
  • ability to influence leaders and guide on talent strategies, leadership effectiveness, succession planning, and performance management
  • ability to operate independently, with accountability and resilience
