Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with organizational objectives, advising on complex workforce, organizational design, and performance matters. Applies advanced HR concepts to deliver scalable, practical HR solutions; serves as subject-matter expert on employee relations; guides managers in applying HR principles consistently while adapting to business context. Role emphasizes autonomous, strategic partnership with cross-functional collaboration, leadership development, succession planning, and risk-aware, compliant HR practices in a hybrid, mostly on-site setting. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and 8+ years of HR experience, with strong judgment, credibility, and the ability to influence outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience
- advanced HR partnership experience in complex organizations
- strong knowledge of employment practices, policies, and laws
- ability to influence leaders and guide on talent strategies, leadership effectiveness, succession planning, and performance management
- ability to operate independently, with accountability and resilience
- clear communication and persuasive skills linking HR strategies to business objectives
- comfort working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
