Job Summary
Senior HR Business Partner to support NEP’s Global Connected Solutions. Partner with senior leaders across regions to align people strategies with business objectives, drive organizational effectiveness, and support a high-performing global workforce. Responsibilities include organizational design, change management, workforce planning, leadership development, employee relations, and collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence; leverage HR metrics and workforce insights to inform decision-making while ensuring consistency of global HR practices with regional needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles
- Experience supporting global or multi-region organizations
- Experience in a matrixed, multinational environment
- Knowledge of international labor laws and cross-cultural business practices preferred
- Familiarity with global mobility and workforce planning strategies
- Strategic mindset and executive presence
- Strong organizational design and change management capabilities
- Ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams and cultures
- Data-driven approach to problem solving and decision-making
