Job Summary
Partner with managers and functional leaders on team engagement, performance management, and employee relations. Manage employee relations issues and investigations while advising on development conversations and team dynamics. Execute core people programs including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and engagement survey action plans. Analyze people trends and employee feedback to identify insights, assess organizational health, and drive retention strategies. Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, People Operations, Legal, and Finance to support consistent processes. Identify process improvement opportunities and use AI tooling to automate workflows. Build trusted relationships with employees and managers through responsive partnership. Contribute to broader People Team initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partner, People Operations, Talent Management, or related HR roles
- Experience partnering with managers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with organizational rigor around data management and documentation
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in ambiguity
- Working knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and talent processes
- Analytical mindset with comfort using people data and insights to inform recommendations
- Strong judgment, empathy, and ability to build trust across all levels of the organization
- Curiosity and business acumen to inform your understanding of the teams you support
- Healthcare or healthcare technology experience
- Experience supporting a front-line workforce
- This role is only open to candidates in the NYC-metropolitan area
- Will require you to be in-office for 3 days each week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
- Active work authorization in the US
