Job Summary
Provide support and guidance to less experienced HR team members on day-to-day operational roles while developing and implementing HR programs across assigned geographies. Conduct ad hoc reviews of employment legislation, compliance, and HR systems to propose recommendations, and offer comprehensive HR support to employees and management across business units. Act as a Business Partner to assigned areas, providing expertise to line managers on local, regional, and global initiatives with minimal supervision. Manage HR-related queries, support recruitment processes, and participate in organizational effectiveness efforts for reorganizations or mergers. Deliver HR Partnering management coaching and counseling, and provide reports and analyses as requested by senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years experience within an HR function as generalist or combination of generalist and specialist experience
- Equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Extensive knowledge of local and relevant employment legislation
- Professional HR accreditation
