Job Summary
Serve as a trusted advisor to assigned stores and business leaders, addressing complex employee relations issues and making strategic management recommendations. Conduct regular meetings with team leaders to understand talent requirements, drive talent reviews, and facilitate succession and performance calibration sessions. Coach managers on team development tools, champion mentorship programs, and prepare internal equity analyses for job offers and promotions. Lead larger projects such as the annual performance review process, develop insights from people data to inform retention strategies, and provide ongoing training for HR team members.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field
- 8+ years of Human Resources experience
- 5+ years of proven experience as a strategic HRBP
