Senior HR Business Partner, Human Resources

Senior HR Business Partner responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives and providing strategic inputs along with hands-on HR support across talent, performance, employee relations, workforce planning, and governance. Manages end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management, development, and exit processes; tracks attrition and supports retention strategies. Administers HRIS (Workday) and develops HR analytics/dashboards; supports market benchmarking and compensation planning; drafts and implements HR policies ensuring compliance with labor laws and corporate governance. Drives DEI initiatives and supports organizational development and change management; collaborates with HR team to share knowledge and mentoring. Requires 10-14 years of HR experience, ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment, Workday HRIS experience preferred, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and willingness to work from office five days a week.
