Job Summary
Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned client groups, providing guidance on workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement. Coach managers on setting expectations and driving high performance while monitoring HR metrics to proactively address workforce needs. Facilitate cyclical processes including compensation, talent reviews, and succession planning, and lead initiatives around employee engagement and retention. Assist in M&A due diligence and integration activities, supporting transition plans and partnering with COE teams to improve processes. Advise on complex employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions to ensure compliance with policies and employment law. Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for factory employees, leverage dashboards to analyze people and business performance metrics, and contribute to local safety and wellness efforts. This role transitions to the new headquarters in Dayton, MN in 2027.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related fields
- 5+ years as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or Talent Partner
- Deep business acumen
- Strong ability to influence, build relationships and communicate across all levels of an organization
- Proven experience managing complex employee relations issues and driving change
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work through a problem with limited information and to take a problem or situation to the next steps
- Strong data analytic skills including strength in using AI, Workday/HRIS systems, MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Familiarity with and solid experience facilitating talent management processes, such as talent reviews and succession planning
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States

- Must be able to relocate to Dayton, MN
