Job Summary
Develop and implement HR strategy alongside the German management team while leading regional and global HR initiatives. Act as the primary contact for the Managing Director Germany and the management team, providing coaching on all personnel-related matters. Guide recruiting, compensation, talent, and management development processes, including performance management, succession planning, and talent development. Identify and moderate training and development measures, ensuring an efficient, pragmatic, and fair HR approach. Collaborate with the works council and employee representatives, supporting merger, integration, and transformation projects. Design and execute organizational development measures to optimize structures, roles, and collaboration, while defining and standardizing HR processes and governance structures aligned with global standards and local requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als HR Business Partner in einem internationalen Unternehmen
- Erfahrung in Matrixorganisationen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Individual- und Kollektivarbeitsrecht
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsrat und Schwerbehindertenvertretung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung in der Umsetzung globaler HR-Prozesse
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Durchführung von Trainings
- Souveränes Auftreten als Sparringspartner des Managements
- Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und Durchsetzungsvermögen
