Job Summary
Strategic, data-led HR Business Partner role supporting ZeroAvia's UK engineering workforce. Lead strategic workforce planning for engineering functions, translate workforce plans into hiring strategies with Talent Acquisition, analyse workforce data to identify gaps, and present data-driven workforce and retention plans to the Executive Team. Own key workforce KPIs, drive data fluency across HR, facilitate internal mobility and workforce optimisation, ensure compliant onboarding (BPSS/NSV) and UK GDPR data handling, manage HRIS data integrity, employee relations, and oversee annual performance and compensation reviews in line with ACAS guidance. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify critical skill gaps, support development initiatives, and contribute to a scalable, compliant, and commercially grounded people strategy in a high-growth engineering environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as strategic HR Business Partner in engineering/aerospace/technical organisations
- CIPD Level 5 or Level 7
- Strong data fluency and capability in workforce analytics
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and HRIS platforms
- On-site presence at UK HQ (Cotswold Airport) and UK GDPR/BPSS/NSV compliance knowledge
- Knowledge of ACAS guidance and HSE/CAA regulations
