Job Summary
Senior HR Business Partner providing full-spectrum HR support to districts, including employee relations, workforce planning, recruitment, leader coaching, and organizational change. Partners with Strategic Recruitment and HR Policy teams to align initiatives with business goals, uses data and insights to inform decisions, and travels to district locations to build in-person relationships. Demonstrates strong HRIS/ATS experience, advisory capability with senior leaders, organizational design and change leadership, and commitment to an inclusive, high-performing culture.
Required Qualifications
- CPHR designation
- 6–10 years of progressive HR experience
- HRIS/HRMS and ATS experience
- ability to travel approximately 20%
- strong communication and relationship-building skills
- ability to advise and influence senior leaders
- experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and change leadership
