Job Summary
Senior HR Business Partner to support software development and engineering within Bosch, driving organizational effectiveness, talent management, and cultural alignment; responsibilities include strategic partnership with business leaders, diagnosing organizational health, leading recruitment for technical teams, creating career paths and succession plans, implementing performance-driven management systems, fostering a geek/AI-aware culture, and guiding change management during rapid scaling; requires 5+ years HRBP experience in technical/engineering sectors, a Bachelor’s degree or above, and strong English communication skills.
