Job Summary
Partner with people managers as the named point person for goal setting, reviews, engagement, and survey follow-up. Build and deploy manager training, including first-time manager programs and an AI curriculum. Steward goals and OKRs by auditing quality and building tooling for self-running teams. Navigate tough employee decisions by coaching leaders through relations and hard calls, while partnering on org design, leveling, and headcount. Drive operational efficiency by automating recurring People rhythms using existing tools and AI. Work 3 days per week from the San Francisco office.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience
- direct HRBP and manager-coaching work
- fluent across business partnering, employee relations, performance, L&D, org design, and the fundamentals of compensation
- Willing to work 3 days/week from the San Francisco office
