Job Summary
Partner with the HR Strategic Talent Leader to align talent strategies with executive priorities, translating business goals into workforce plans that drive scalability. Champion the ARDEvark framework by embedding assessment, rewards, development, and engagement into the cultural fabric of your assigned client group. Provide expert counsel on organizational design, role clarity, and team structures to ensure agility and operational success. Advise leaders on building robust talent pipelines and clear career architectures while leveraging the HR Representative & Leaves Pod to maintain focus on complex strategic initiatives rather than administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of ten years of increasing HR responsibility
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Advanced professional certifications such as PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP
