Job Summary
Serve as the primary HR contact for a national business unit of roughly 250 employees, advising management on talent development, performance, and absence management. Guide organizational change initiatives and translate strategic objectives into concrete HR solutions while acting as a casemanager for active absence files. Independently resolve labor law and conditions disputes and oversee fleet safety follow-ups. Contribute to projects including onboarding, job description reviews, and leadership development. Requires an HBO-level HRM degree with 3–5 years of broad HR experience; available 32–38 hours weekly. Salaried up to €6,000 with a lease car and devices for personal use.
Required Qualifications
- HBO- denk en werkniveau (afgeronde HRM opleiding)
- Minimaal 3-5 jaar ervaring in een brede HR functie
