Job Summary
Senior HR and Operations Leader focused on building scalable operational infrastructure across People, Operations, Systems, and Business Execution; partner with the COO to design scalable processes, SOPs, and operating rhythms that improve accountability and visibility; lead cross-functional operational initiatives, coach managers on performance management and accountability, and help leadership move from reactive execution to proactive planning while implementing AI-assisted workflows and modern dashboards to support growth.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Operations, People Operations, Business Operations, HR Operations, or related leadership function
- Demonstrated experience building systems, workflows, processes, or operational infrastructure from the ground up
- Strong business acumen and understanding of how organizations scale
- Experience supporting senior leaders and influencing decision-making
- Strong operational problem-solving skills with a bias toward action
- Excellent judgment when navigating ambiguity and competing priorities
- Experience using technology to improve operational effectiveness
- Comfortable working in environments where structure is still being built
