Job Summary
Handle complex HR transactions, analyze data, and deliver service to the workforce as part of the HR Operations team. Resolve employee inquiries, manage critical HR processes, and collaborate with Benefits, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners. Leverage analytical skills to identify process improvements, maintain high service quality standards through detailed metrics, and guide specific process areas. Work with advanced HR technologies while supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a life sciences organization. This role offers opportunities to develop broad exposure to HR operations within a global team dedicated to enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Degree with no prior experience
- Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience in HR operations, benefits administration, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with HRIS systems (ServiceNow, Workday, or similar platforms)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to work effectively with all levels
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Experience in process improvement and optimization
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives
- Experience in interpreting and applying HR policies and procedures
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
