Job Summary

Senior HR Advisor/People Advisory Senior Specialist responsible for delivering high-quality, commercially aligned HR advisory across the UK & Ireland. Acts as a senior escalation point for complex and high-risk employee relations cases, drives quality and consistency of advisory outputs, and partners with HR leadership to balance risk, compliance, and employee experience. Leads policy development, governance, and rollout of HR policies, with subject-matter expertise in UK employment law. Contributes to strategic HR priorities, uses data to identify risks and opportunities, coaches colleagues, and supports scalable advisory processes and operating models. Familiarity with ER best practices, policy embedding, and collaboration with HRBPs, Legal, and cross-functional teams is essential.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing complex and high-risk employee relations matters
  • Knowledge of UK employment law (EMEA exposure desirable)
  • Policy development and governance experience
