Job Summary
Senior HR Advisor leading complex employee relations cases across UK & Ireland, acting as the primary escalation point for People Advisory, ensuring legally compliant outcomes and alignment with policy and business needs. Drives quality assurance, policy development and governance, and collaborates with HR leadership to shape strategic HR priorities. Coaches and develops advisory staff, builds stakeholder relationships, and contributes to ER strategy, process improvements, and cross-functional projects to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
