Job Summary
Senior HR Advisor in NSW responsible for standalone regional HR advisory support with accountability for coaching leaders, change management, ER/IR case management, and workforce planning across NSW operations, with regular travel across NSW sites (including Sydney, Smithfield, Rydalmere) to partner with leaders, drive engagement and capability, and ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation and Awards.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline
- Experience in a Senior HR Advisory or standalone HR role
- Strong capability in leadership coaching and capability development
- Proven experience managing complex ER/IR matters and workplace investigations
- Solid understanding of Fair Work legislation and Awards
- Experience supporting multi-site operational workforces
- Ability to translate HR strategy into practical, business-aligned outcomes
- Willing and able to travel between Sydney sites and regional NSW sites
