Job Summary
Manage HR administration from onboarding through to offboarding while maintaining accurate employee records in HR and Time & Attendance systems. Support employee relations processes, including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters, and liaise with Payroll to ensure accurate data and processing. Produce HR reports, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation. This 12-month fixed-term role involves working 24 hours per week at the Norwich site, supporting the HR Business Partners and site management team to ensure efficient, compliant, and employee-focused processes.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working with a HR generalist role
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Experience supporting employee relations and absence management processes
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Good working knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Support our Norwich site on a 12 month fixed-term contract
- Working 24 hours per week
Desired Qualifications
- CIPD Level 3 or working towards
