Job Summary
Senior HR Administration Specialist for the German market responsible for HR administration, data quality, and employee lifecycle support. Responsibilities include onboarding coordination, processing contractual changes and promotions, managing family leave requests (including maternity support), coordinating employee exits and benefits handling, maintaining accurate HR data in Workday and other systems, auditing data for compliance, supporting performance processes, contributing to process improvements, and providing knowledge transfer and escalation as needed. Fluent German and English required; experience with Workday, Neocase or iTrent and advanced MS Office skills. Hybrid work model with 2 days per week in the office near Rondo ONZ, Warsaw.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years professional experience in HR administration within corporate or professional services environment supporting German market
- Fluent in German & English with excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong customer-focused mindset and professionalism
- Advanced MS Office skills (including Excel functions such as v-lookup and mail merges)
- Experience using HR systems such as Workday, Neocase or iTrent and ability to learn new technologies
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to collaborate in a team and adapt to change
