Job Summary
Manage Elk Ave Hospitality's employee housing program by overseeing inventory, transitions, and long-term planning while maintaining top-tier cleanliness standards across housing, venue spaces, and community areas. Directly manage housekeeping teams or coordinate external vendors to ensure consistent quality, and develop external partnerships with the Gunnison Valley Housing Authority and local landlords to expand housing capacity. Create employee engagement initiatives, company outings, and local resource guides to foster community connection and support staff in building sustainable lives in the Gunnison Valley. Serve as an approachable employee relations resource for housing and experience concerns, escalating formal HR matters to leadership. Report on occupancy trends, housing demand, and property condition to support strategic staffing and facility readiness.
