Job Summary
Provide leadership and supervision to program management staff across multiple sites while overseeing daily operations, program performance, and service quality. Manage complex program budgets to ensure fiscal accountability and support compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, program development, and organizational growth initiatives to drive continuous quality improvement. This primarily site-based role includes limited hybrid flexibility after onboarding, with locations accessible via public transportation and car within New York City.
Required Qualifications
- LMSW
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in human services or community-based programs
- At least 3 years supervising managers or overseeing multiple programs
- Experience managing multi-site operations and complex budgets
- Strong leadership, organizational, and collaboration skills
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of housing or community service systems strongly preferred
