Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor at Chase Home Lending collaborates with bankers and branch teams to guide clients through the home loan process, promotes mortgage loan originations, and serves as the internal/external mortgage expert. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- NMLS registration (SAFE Act) and compliance with Truth in Lending Act/Dodd-Frank Loan Originator requirements
