Job Summary
Senior Home Lending Advisor responsible for coaching the branch team on products and services, meeting with customers with bankers to originate mortgage loans, and advising clients with a consultative approach based on financial analysis and customer needs. Drives marketing and cross-sell efforts, builds partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories, maintains strong relationships with customers, and leverages relocation programs and Chase marketing channels to create an outstanding customer experience while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of real estate market in local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
